This isn’t just any storage room. It’s a high-ceiling, 16-foot structure, built with precision-engineered wood framing, moisture-resistant drywall, and a carefully designed suspended ceiling system coming next. The goal is to deliver a durable, efficient, and compliant space to support the storage and handling needs of a busy chocolate production operation.

Project Scope & Progress:

We began by erecting wood framing that extends 16 feet high, allowing ample vertical storage capacity. Every beam and stud was carefully measured, cut, and installed to meet structural and safety standards. Our team coordinated around existing mechanical and sprinkler systems, ensuring no disruption to building infrastructure.

After framing, we moved forward with drywall installation, using high-quality panels to ensure insulation, cleanliness, and fire resistance. Our crews are midway through enclosing the space — a process that involves precision cutting around doorways, electrical systems, and future HVAC elements.

Soon, we’ll complete the installation of a suspended (drop) ceiling. This phase will improve lighting distribution, hide ductwork, and add a professional finish to the space. It’s also key for maintaining the cleanliness standards required in food production environments.
