Gamtani Construction Corporation recently completed an industrial pipe painting project at a National Grid facility, transforming weathered and worn piping into a clean, professionally finished system.

The project required careful preparation and application of a durable coating to the existing industrial pipes. Our team worked directly around large-scale piping, equipment, supports, and an active industrial environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Pipe Surface Preparation

Before painting, the existing pipes required thorough preparation. Years of exposure had left portions of the piping with visible weathering and surface deterioration.

Our team prepared the surfaces to ensure the new coating could properly adhere and provide a consistent, durable finish.

After preparation, the piping was coated with a high-visibility red industrial finish. The new coating creates a much cleaner appearance and gives the piping a consistent, professional look throughout the facility.
