At Gamtani Construction Corporation, we are currently working on a large-scale ceiling and lighting renovation project in a nursing home, covering approximately 22,000 square feet. This project focuses on upgrading the building’s suspended ceiling system and lighting infrastructure to create a brighter, more comfortable, and modern environment for residents and staff.

Improving Comfort and Visibility

Healthcare and residential care facilities require spaces that are well-lit, safe, and visually calm. In this project, our team is replacing outdated ceiling systems with modern suspended ceiling tiles and integrated LED lighting. The upgraded lighting improves visibility throughout the corridors while creating a clean and contemporary look.

Work in Progress

Because this is a 22,000-square-foot renovation, the project is being completed in carefully planned phases. The corridor shown here represents one of the sections currently undergoing upgrades, while other areas of the facility are still in progress.

Our team is continuing with:

Removal of older ceiling tiles and components
Installation of a new suspension grid system
Placement of acoustic ceiling panels
Integration of modern LED lighting fixtures

Since the nursing home remains operational during the renovation, the work is organized to ensure minimal disruption to residents and staff.
