The images above show the mid-construction phase, when the ceiling grid is being assembled and the mechanical components above the ceiling are being organized. This is the most important stage of a suspended ceiling job because accuracy here determines the final outcome.

Our process includes:

1. Grid Layout & Leveling

We begin by measuring and marking the ceiling height, then installing the perimeter track on the walls. After that, we hang the main runners and cross tees, ensuring the entire grid is perfectly level. This creates the foundation for all tiles, lights, and vents.

2. HVAC & Electrical Coordination

Before closing the ceiling, we make sure all ducts, wires, junction boxes, and lights are positioned properly. The large insulated ducts visible in the photos are part of the building’s air system, and they must be carefully supported and adjusted so they fit cleanly within the ceiling structure.

3. Painting the Space

Our painting team prepares the walls by sanding, repairing imperfections, and priming where needed. Fresh paint brings a brighter and more modern look, making the office feel new and welcoming.

4. Tile Installation & Finishing

Once the grid is secured and all mechanical components are finalized, we begin installing the acoustic tiles. These tiles help with noise reduction, improve lighting reflection, and make the space feel uniform and polished.
